Activity timeline
Each record shows the processes and steps that ran against it, including imports, errors and inventory changes. Use it to see what happened to an order or shipment and when.
How it works
Open Activity Timeline from a record's title bar to see the processes that ran against it. It's on record pages for accounts that manage orders in ShipGenius.
What each entry shows
- The name of the process, such as an import
- When it ran
- Who ran it, linked to the user, API app or integration
- How many steps it took
Steps
Expand an entry to see its steps in order. Each step shows its message, when it ran and how long it took. Where a step set or changed fields, you'll see the old and new values. Errors show under the step with their severity and message.
Long histories
The timeline loads more as you scroll. After the first few pages it stops at Show more activity, so a long history stays easy to read.
Use it to see what happened to an order or shipment, and when.
