Shipment detail
Open a shipment to see its tracking number, label, delivery estimate, total and base cost, billing weight and itemized charges. It links to the batch, the order and any documents. An unpaid label links straight to payment.
How it works
Open any shipment from Shipments, a batch or an order to see everything about the label on one page.
Shipment
The tracking number, the batch, the label and its status, the order, the package, the estimated delivery date and whether it's guaranteed. Any carrier disclaimers or warnings show here too.
From the label you can print it, download it, show its counter code if you bought it that way, or void it.
Costs
The total price, base price, dimensional weight and every itemized charge, with the carrier's own code and description for each one.
Links
The app or user that bought it, any additional documents such as customs forms, and the cartons it shipped in.
Carrier and account
The carrier, the service and the carrier account number the label was bought on.
Actions
Use View Tracking to see where it is, Void Label to cancel it, and Contact Support to open a ticket about it. Every shipment also has a QR code and an activity timeline.
Unpaid labels
If a label hasn't been paid for, a Payment required notice shows at the top with a button that takes you to the batch to pay.
