Yes. Core has no monthly fee and no time limit. You pay per label and that's it. A convenience fee applies on credit card purchases to cover processing fees, but there's no subscription, no trial period, and no catch. A mom shipping one care package a month is a customer we built Core for and are happy to serve indefinitely.

When you bring your own carrier account (UPS, USPS NSA, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and use it through ShipGenius, we charge $0.06 per label. This covers the infrastructure cost of running your requests through our platform. In practice, most 3PL operators pass this through as markup to their client brands, making it cost-neutral. No one gets a carrier account without significant volume, so this fee scales with real usage.

Yes. $19.99 per month regardless of how many orders you process. We price this way because we don't believe your growth should cost you more software. We built ShipGenius to scale with you, not against you. That's why we'll never charge per order.

A Marketplace Integration is a connection to a platform like Shopify, Infoplus, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce that syncs orders and inventory into ShipGenius. The first one is included free with OMS. Each additional integration is $5/month. This covers the compute cost of running the sync. These are data-intensive connections, especially for WMS platforms like Infoplus.

Everything comes with you. Your carrier accounts, shipping history, saved addresses, saved packages, and account settings are all preserved at every tier. Some connections, like upgrading a simple Store Connection to a full Marketplace Integration, require a few upgrade steps, but nothing is lost. You never start from scratch.

Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees, no lock-in of any kind. We bill month-to-month on all paid tiers. If you cancel, you can export your data and take everything with you. We don't believe in holding customers through inertia. If we're not performing, you shouldn't stay.

ShipGenius provides negotiated discounts on UPS and USPS only. FedEx, DHL, and other carriers are available on Plus and above through BYO accounts, meaning you bring your own carrier contract and we request to your account on your behalf. The quality of those rates depends on your own carrier agreement.

The 3PL Marketplace is a coming-soon feature that lets brands using the OMS find and connect with 3PL operators already running on ShipGenius. Both sides stay on the same platform, meaning data transfers without migration, no complex sales pipeline, and no restarting on new software. 3PL Marketplace listing is included with the 3PL tier.

We haven't finalized this yet. There may be a one-time setup fee for Warehouse and 3PL tiers to cover onboarding and configuration. We'll publish this before those tiers go live. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Start with Core if you just need cheap labels with no commitment. Move to Plus when you want your own carrier accounts or API access. Upgrade to OMS when you need order and SKU management, packout workflows, and a real fulfillment operation — at $19.99/month it's a no-brainer compared to the alternatives.
