eBay store connection

Connect your eBay store by signing in with eBay. Your eBay orders import to the Ship page, and the shipments you create are pushed back to eBay.

How it works

Choose Connect a store on the Ship page and pick eBay. You're sent to eBay to approve the connection, then back to ShipGenius with your store linked. There's no key to copy or keep track of.

Import your orders

Choose Import store orders on the Ship page to see your connected stores, then Import orders on your eBay store. Search by order number, customer or city, select the orders you want, and import them. Reload Orders fetches the latest orders from eBay. Each order comes onto the Ship page with the recipient and items filled in.

Tracking goes back to eBay

Once your labels are paid for, the tracking for each shipment is sent back to its eBay order. The batch page lists each store order confirmation and whether it went through. If one fails, the order shows the error and a Retry button. An order with only some of its shipments confirmed shows as Partially Shipped.

Reconnecting

If eBay access expires, the Ship page asks you to reconnect. Reconnect takes you straight back to eBay without starting over.
