Order actions
Work an order from its own page. Fulfill it, rate shop it, print labels or a pack slip, void labels, short ship, hold or unhold it, cancel it, validate the address, or sync it to the marketplace. A hold can print a hold label.
How it works
Open an order and its actions menu has everything you can do with it. Some also sit on the order's own sections, such as Print Labels on Cartonization & Shipments.
Shipping
- Fulfill: Open the order in packout.
- Rate Shop: Rate the order, buy the label and print it without leaving the page.
- Print Labels: Print every label the order already has.
- Void Labels: Pick which of the order's labels to void.
Process
- Hold / Unhold: Choose a reason such as Bad Address or No Customs Info, or type your own. A held order can't be fulfilled until the hold is removed.
- Cancel Order: Cancels after you confirm.
- Validate Address: Check and correct the ship-to address.
- Sync to External: Pull a fresh copy of the order from its marketplace.
- Cartonization: Work out the cartons the order needs.
Documents
Generate Pack Slip renders a pack slip from your default template or one you pick. Generate Document renders any document template made for orders.
In packout
Packers get Short Ship and Print Packslip as well. Each action checks your role, so people only see what they're allowed to do.
