Autopay
Set a card or bank account to pay your invoices automatically. Replace it from the Billing page whenever you need to.
How it works
Autopay is the payment method that pays your invoices. Set it up from the Billing page with a card or a bank account, entered in Stripe's payment form. Before you save it, you agree to let ShipGenius charge that payment method for invoices for your company's use of the platform.
What autopay pays
Your weekly invoice for label usage. Prepaid credits on your account are applied first, and autopay covers the rest.
See what's on file
The Billing page shows your current payment method, such as the card brand and its last four digits.
Replace it
Set up a new payment method from the Billing page whenever you need to, such as when a card expires. The new one becomes the method that pays your invoices.
Who can change it
Only users with permission to edit payment info see the buttons to set up or replace autopay. Account admins have that permission.
