How it works
Each item can have price records. Open Items, then Prices, to see every item's prices in one list. You can also add prices on the item, in its Pricing section, or when you create the item.
What a price records
- Price Type: MSRP, the retail price, or Cost, what the item costs you all in.
- Price: the amount.
- Active: whether this is the current price for that item and price type.
- Enabled On and Disabled On: when the price was last turned on, and when it was turned off.
Prices and customs
Packout's International Customs Check looks for an active MSRP above zero on each item in an international order. An item without one is listed as missing an MSRP price, and you can set it from the same window without leaving packout.
Price history
A price that's turned off stays on the list with the date it was disabled, so you can see what an item was priced at before.
