Address book

Keep the addresses you ship to and from in one place. Set a default from address and a default to address. Save a new address straight from the ship form while you build a label.

How it works

Your address book holds the addresses you ship from and to. Open your Profile and find them under Addresses. Select New Address to add one with the name, company, street, city, state, postal code, country, phone, email and whether it's residential.

Defaults

  • Default ship-from: The ship page starts every batch from this address.
  • Default ship-to: New shipments start with this destination filled in.

Set them with Set Default From and Set Default To in the address list, or check the boxes on the address form.

Saving from the ship page

You don't have to leave the ship page to add an address.

  • A destination you type in shows a Save to address book button.
  • The From chip lets you add a new saved address as your origin.
  • Saved addresses come up first when you search for a destination, under Saved.

Editing a saved address on the ship page makes a one-time copy for that label, so your address book only changes when you mean it to.

Import from your phone

In the mobile app, import addresses from your phone's contacts. You get a summary of what was created, what couldn't be verified and what failed.
