Commercial invoices
Keep commercial invoices in ShipGenius with their charges itemized. Add duty, freight, handling, insurance, packing and taxes to each invoice.
How it works
A commercial invoice records the invoice for an international order, with its number, its date and the charges on it. Add one in the customs part of the order's edit form. It's saved once both the invoice number and the invoice date are filled in.
Charges
Itemize the charges on the invoice.
- Duty
- Freight
- Handling
- Insurance
- Packing
- Taxes
- Other Charges
Where invoices show
The invoice is linked from the Documents section of the order's customs. Every invoice is also kept in the Commercial Invoices list, where you can open it and edit it.
Other ways to set one
The Fill in customs workflow action can set the order's commercial invoice along with the rest of its customs. On the Ship page, enter the invoice number and date in Advanced customs.
Read Customs Declarations and Commercial Invoices in the knowledge base for more on each field.
