Reprint and download labels

Print or download a label again from the shipment page, the order or the batch page.

How it works

A label you've bought can be printed or downloaded again at any time from the shipment, its order or its batch.

  • Shipment: Print Label sends it to your printer. Download Label saves the label image.
  • Order: Print Labels prints every paid label on the order at once.
  • Batch: Print Labels prints every label in the batch, and Download PDF saves them as one PDF.

Your printer, your format

Printing goes through your printer setup. A ZPL thermal printer gets the label as ZPL, and other printers get the image or PDF. If no printer is set up, the label opens in your browser to print.

Counter labels

A label you bought as Scan at counter is held by the carrier, so there's nothing to reprint. The shipment shows the counter code instead.

When there's nothing to print

If an order has no labels yet, Print Labels tells you so. A voided label can't be printed.
