Shipment history

How it works

Every label you buy is kept in Shipments, whether it came from the ship page, an order or packout. Each row shows the tracking number, the batch, whether the label is paid, unpaid or voided, the carrier and service, both addresses, the order, and who bought it. Select View on a row to open the shipment.

Find what you need

• Search: Type a tracking number, a name or anything else on the row.
• Filter and sort: Narrow the list by any field, such as carrier, date or label status, and sort it.
• Saved filters: Save a filter you use often and come back to it, or copy a link to share it.
• Columns: Choose which columns show and in what order.

Export

Select Export to download the shipments as CSV or JSON. Export the rows you've selected or every row that matches your filter, and pick the fields you want. The export runs in the background and the file is kept as a report.

Bulk actions

Select several shipments to void their labels together or generate a document for them.
