Multi-carrier rate shopping
Rate every shipment against ShipGenius UPS and USPS rates and your own carrier accounts in one list. The cheapest valid rate is picked for you, and you can change it. Use Rate all to rate the whole batch at once.
How it works
Fill in the shipment on the ship page and select Get rates. Every service that will take the package comes back in one list. ShipGenius UPS and USPS rates sit in the same list as the rates from the carrier accounts you've connected to a business account.
The cheapest rate is selected for you. Pick any other rate in the list to use it instead.
Reading the list
- Cheapest and Fastest: Badges mark the lowest price and the earliest estimated delivery.
- Sort: Sort by price or by delivery, low to high or high to low.
- Every rate: The list shows every rate that comes back, not only the best one from each carrier.
- Rate errors: Services a carrier turned down are grouped behind Show Rate Errors, with the carrier's message for each one.
Rate the whole batch
Select Rate all in the batch panel to rate every shipment that's ready in one go. Each shipment gets its own list with the cheapest rate selected. If a shipment is still missing something, the page tells you what before you rate it.
Rates stay current
Change the address, the package or the extra services and that shipment's rates clear, so you never buy on an old price. Select Refresh to rate it again.
