Download my data

Ask for a copy of your account's data from Account security. We email a one-time link to the address on the account, and the link downloads the copy.

How it works

Open Account security and choose Email me a link under Download my data. We email a link to the address on the account. Your data is never shown on the page itself.

The download link

The link works once, until the date in the email. Open it and choose Download my data to save the copy as a JSON file.

What's in the copy

  • Your account details
  • Saved addresses and packages
  • Saved searches
  • Devices and store connections

Nothing that signs you in is included. Shipping, billing and customs records are kept as transaction records and aren't part of the copy.

Asking again

While your last link still works, a new request is refused, and you'll see when the last copy was sent. If the link can't be sent, email support and we'll send you a copy.

Asking for a copy doesn't change your account or sign you out.
