International carriers

Buy international labels on the Ship page through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express and Passport. FedEx, DHL Express and Passport need your own connected account.

How it works

Enter an international address on the Ship page and international rates show from the carriers on your account, side by side.

  • USPS and UPS: rates through ShipGenius with no account of your own, or through your own account once you link it.
  • FedEx, DHL Express and Passport: connect your own account in Settings, Carrier accounts, and its international rates show with the rest.

Customs on every international label

The Ship page opens the Customs section for any international destination, and a label can't be bought until the declaration is filled in. The same declaration form is used whichever carrier you pick.

Duties

Choose who pays duties and taxes with Duties paid by, and set the Incoterms in Advanced customs. A third-party payer needs its account number and country.

Paperwork

Turn on paperless in Advanced customs to send customs documents electronically where the carrier supports it.

Read Shipping Internationally in the knowledge base to compare carriers and choose who pays duties.
