Billing and pricing
Pay per label, prepay with credits or get weekly invoices with autopay, and bring your own carrier accounts for a small per-label fee.
Pay per label batch
On Core, you pay for each label batch by card on the batch page. The page counts down to when the payment session expires, and unpaid labels are voided when it runs out. A convenience fee applies to each batch.

Business accounts get one invoice a week for label usage. Every invoice is listed on the Billing page with a PDF hosted by Stripe.

Set a card or bank account to pay your invoices automatically. Replace it from the Billing page whenever you need to.

Add credits to your balance by card, which is available right away, or by bank transfer, which clears in 3 to 5 business days. Credits pay your invoices before autopay charges your payment method.
Learn more: Prepaid creditsNo monthly fee
Core, Plus and OMS have no monthly fee and no subscription to manage. Warehouse and 3PL have custom pricing.

See your saved cards and bank accounts on the Billing page, choose the default, and remove the ones you don't need. Saved cards are offered at checkout, in the embeddable shipping calculator and on ship batches.

Keep your credit balance topped up. Set a threshold and an amount, and when your available balance drops below the threshold, credits are added from your default payment method.
How ShipGenius differs
The auto-reload dialog reads your label spend over the last 4 weeks and suggests a threshold that keeps a reload ahead of it, with a higher one for bank reloads that need time to clear. You can add a backup card that's charged only if a reload fails.
Wallet and activity
The Billing page shows what's available to ship, bank transfers still clearing, your auto-reload, your payment method and your billing contact. The activity feed starts with this week so far, then lists invoices, credits, reloads, void refunds and adjustments with the balance after each. Filter it to invoices, credits or voids.

Labels you buy on your own carrier account carry a per-label fee, and labels on ShipGenius rates carry none. New accounts start with free labels for their first 60 days, the fee then steps down as your monthly volume grows, and voided labels are refunded. A tile on the Billing page shows your next label's fee and tier, the free labels you have left, and how many labels until the next lower rate.
