Prepaid credits

Add credits to your balance by card, which is available right away, or by bank transfer, which clears in 3 to 5 business days. Credits pay your invoices before autopay charges your payment method.

How it works

Add credits from the Billing page. Choose an amount and pay. Credits go into your balance, and your labels are paid from it.

Card or bank

Pay by card and the credits are available right away.
Pay by bank account and the credits arrive when the transfer clears, usually in 3 to 5 business days. Until then they show as pending and can't be used for labels.

How credits are used

Your balance covers the labels you buy. If a label would take your balance below zero, the purchase is blocked, so add credits before you run out.

Credits are applied to your weekly invoice before your autopay payment method is charged.

Who can add credits

Only users who can edit payment info see the button to add credits. When two-factor authentication is required, buying credits stays blocked until you set it up.
