Order rate shop

Rate an order where it is, then buy and print the label. Override the weight by hand or take it live from a USB scale. If an item ships in its own box, that box is offered as the package.

How it works

Open an order and select Rate Shop. A workbench opens with the package on one side and the rates on the other.

Build the package

Add a box, pick the carton, and pack the order's items into it by scan or by typing the SKU. Add more boxes if the order needs them. A checklist shows whether the order is clear to ship, and each problem on it links to the action that fixes it.

If the order has one unit left to ship and the item has its own dimensions, the item's own box is offered as the package. If the order has a cartonization plan, it shows as a suggestion you can apply or dismiss.

Weight

Rates use the item weights on the order. Turn on the weight override to enter a weight by hand, or let a connected scale fill it in live.

Rates and labels

Sort the rates by cheapest, fastest or carrier, pick one and select Buy label. The label shows right away with a Print button. The Labels tab lists every label the order already has.

Change a box after you rate and the old rates stay on screen with a note that they price the package as it was, so you know to rate again. You can edit the order from the workbench without closing it.
