Carrier account management
Connect your own carrier accounts in Settings, Carrier accounts. Test the connection, turn an account on or off, edit its credentials or delete it. Accounts linked by carrier sign-in show when they've expired and need to be reconnected.
How it works
Your own carrier accounts live in Settings, under Carrier accounts. Connect Additional Carriers has a button for each carrier you can connect: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, DHL Express, Passport Global, UniUni and Pitney Bowes. Each button opens a form with the fields that carrier needs. USPS and UPS also let you connect by signing in on the carrier's own site.
Managing an account
Your accounts are listed under Connected Carrier Accounts, each with an Active or Inactive badge. Open one to manage it.
- Test Connection checks that the carrier accepts the account's credentials.
- Update Status turns the account on or off.
- The form below lets you update its credentials.
- Delete removes the account after you confirm. A deleted account can no longer rate, ship or track.
Sign-in accounts
An account linked by carrier sign-in shows an orange badge when it needs attention, such as Authorization expired. Open the account to reconnect it.
