Buy UPS labels at ShipGenius rates, or link your own UPS account by signing in at UPS.com. If sign-in isn't an option, you can enter a client id and secret instead.
Ship UPS without an account
You can rate and buy UPS labels without connecting a UPS account. Those labels use ShipGenius's own UPS account and rates.
Link your own UPS account
Go to Settings, Carrier accounts and choose UPS. Enter the UPS account numbers you want to link, then choose Connect UPS Account to sign in at UPS.com. One sign-in links every account number listed under your UPS.com login, so you don't need your own API credentials. Each number has to be listed under that login's Accounts and Payment options. If UPS turns a number down, ShipGenius offers corrected numbers and lets you retry without signing in again.
If sign-in isn't an option, choose Use client ID & secret instead and enter your account number, client ID and client secret.
Keeping it connected
An account linked through UPS.com shows Authorization expired when the sign-in lapses. Open the account to reconnect it.
Scan at counter
For UPS labels you can choose Scan at counter and show a code at a UPS counter. UPS also gives you a printable label.
