How it works

Business accounts get one invoice a week for label usage. Each invoice covers a weekly period. The prepaid credits on your account are applied to it first, before your payment method on file is charged.

Find your invoices

Every invoice is listed on the Billing page with its billing period and amounts. Open an invoice to see it on Stripe's hosted invoice page, where you can download a PDF for your records.

Paying an invoice

Credits on your account are applied first.
Anything left is charged to your payment method on file.
Only users who can edit payment info can change the payment method that pays your invoices.

Larger accounts

Some higher-volume accounts can let charges build up to a set limit before the payment method is charged. Our team reviews and sets that limit by hand. Contact us if you'd like to ask for one.
