Bluetooth label printers
Print labels from the ShipGenius mobile app to a Bluetooth label printer. It includes a driver for Munbyn RW40xB printers and a generic Bluetooth fallback. Scan for nearby printers and check print diagnostics from the printing settings.
How it works
The ShipGenius mobile app prints labels from your phone to a Bluetooth label printer. It includes a driver for Munbyn RW40xB printers and a general Bluetooth driver for other thermal printers. ShipGenius picks the driver that fits the printer you connect.
Connect a printer
Turn the printer on and put it in pairing mode if it has one. In the packout settings in the mobile app, under Device Settings, choose Scan for printers. Nearby Bluetooth devices are listed with their signal strength, printers first. Tap one to make it your label printer.
Test and troubleshoot
Send a test label from the printer card. Each print shows diagnostics for what was sent and how, which helps when a label doesn't come out. You can switch the printer between taking labels as an image or as ZPL, or forget it and scan for another.
