Infoplus integration

Connect Infoplus WMS to ShipGenius as a marketplace integration. Set up the inbound and outbound shipment mappings between Infoplus and ShipGenius on the integration page.

How it works

Infoplus connects to ShipGenius as a marketplace integration. Create it from New Marketplace Integration, then enter your Infoplus API key and the URL prefix of your Infoplus instance. The settings list every Infoplus record the key needs read and write access to.

Items and orders

Break kit SKUs into their components when an order comes to ShipGenius.
Include UPCs and HS codes with imported items. HS codes matter for international shipping and customs.
Choose which Infoplus fulfillment status to import orders from, and whether to include kit orders.

Shipment mappings

Inbound mapping matches each Infoplus carrier service to the ShipGenius service or rate group an imported order should use.
Outbound mapping matches each ShipGenius service to the Infoplus carrier service and parcel account to write when a shipment posts back to Infoplus.

An order without a mapped shipping service is skipped on import, so it never reaches fulfillment with the wrong service. The next integration run picks it up once a mapping exists.
