Core, Plus and OMS have no monthly fee and no subscription to manage. Warehouse and 3PL have custom pricing.

How it works

Core, Plus and OMS have no monthly fee. There's no subscription to start, renew or cancel. You pay for your labels as you buy them.

What you pay for

On Core, you pay for each label at checkout.
On Plus and OMS, labels are paid from your prepaid credits and grouped on a weekly invoice.
Labels you buy on your own carrier accounts carry a per-label fee. Labels at ShipGenius rates carry none.

Moving up a plan

Going from Core to Plus, or from Plus to OMS, doesn't add a subscription. You upgrade from Plan & upgrade in Settings.

Warehouse and 3PL

Warehouse and 3PL have custom pricing. Both show as coming soon at sign-up.

A card on file

Every account keeps a card on file. Adding it charges nothing. It's used for carrier adjustments on labels bought at ShipGenius rates, and for auto-reload if you turn it on.
