Auto-reload

Keep your credit balance topped up. Set a threshold and an amount, and when your available balance drops below the threshold, credits are added from your default payment method.

How ShipGenius differs

The auto-reload dialog reads your label spend over the last 4 weeks and suggests a threshold that keeps a reload ahead of it, with a higher one for bank reloads that need time to clear. You can add a backup card that's charged only if a reload fails.

How it works

Open Auto-reload on the Billing page and set two numbers. When available drops below is your threshold. Add is how much each reload adds, and it has to be at least the threshold so one reload covers it. When your available balance falls below the threshold, auto-reload adds credits from your default payment method.

A reload by card is available at once. A reload by bank account has no fee and clears in 3 to 5 business days.

Pick a threshold

The dialog looks at your label spend over the last 4 weeks. If the threshold you entered is lower than your weekly average, it suggests one that keeps a reload ahead of your spend. For bank reloads it suggests two weeks of spend, so the transfer has time to clear before your credits run out. Choose the suggested amount to use it.

Backup card

Add an optional backup card. It's charged only if a reload from your payment method fails.

When a reload fails

An Auto-reload failed banner shows at the top of the Billing page. It says what failed and when we'll retry, and reminds you that labels stop when your available balance reaches $0.
