Wallet and activity

The Billing page shows what's available to ship, bank transfers still clearing, your auto-reload, your payment method and your billing contact. The activity feed starts with this week so far, then lists invoices, credits, reloads, void refunds and adjustments with the balance after each. Filter it to invoices, credits or voids.

How it works

The Billing page has two parts. The wallet shows where your account stands. The activity feed lists everything that moved your credit balance. On a phone, the two stack.

The wallet

  • Available to ship is your credit balance. Bank transfers still clearing are listed under it with the date each one clears.
  • Add credits buys more.
  • Auto-reload shows your reload settings.
  • Payment method shows your default, with Replace and Saved methods.
  • Billing contact shows the name, email and phone on your billing account, with Edit.

The activity feed

This week so far comes first. It shows the labels bought since your last invoice, when they'll bill, and how much your credits cover.

Below it, invoices, credit purchases, reloads, voided label refunds and balance adjustments are listed newest first, with your credit balance after each. Each invoice links to the full invoice.

Filter the feed to All, Invoices, Credits or Voids. Choose Load older to go further back.

Failed reloads

If an auto-reload fails, a banner shows above the wallet.
