Priority levels

Create priority codes with a description and a badge color, and use them to rank orders.

How it works

A priority level is a code you set on an order to say how soon it should be packed. Create them under Automation, in Priority Levels.

What a level has

  • Code: A short name, such as URGENT or RUSH.
  • Description: What the level means for your team.
  • Badge color: The color its badge shows in, so it stands out on the order.

Setting a priority

  • On an order: Set the Fulfillment Priority Level when you edit the order.
  • From a workflow: Add the Set fulfillment priority step, such as marking high-value orders RUSH as they come in.

Workflow conditions can also check an order's priority, so a step only runs for the levels you choose.

Ranking orders in batch runs

Through the API, a batch run can take a list of priority levels, highest first. Orders are considered in that order, so higher-priority orders get first claim on the mass and singles batches. Orders without a listed level go last.
