Own-carrier label fee
Labels you buy on your own carrier account carry a per-label fee, and labels on ShipGenius rates carry none. New accounts start with free labels for their first 60 days, the fee then steps down as your monthly volume grows, and voided labels are refunded. A tile on the Billing page shows your next label's fee and tier, the free labels you have left, and how many labels until the next lower rate.
How it works
When you buy a label on your own carrier account, a per-label fee applies. Labels bought at ShipGenius rates carry no label fee.
Free labels to start
New accounts start with free labels on their own carrier accounts. They last for 60 days from your first label.
Lower fees as you grow
After the free labels, the fee steps down as your monthly volume grows. Only the labels past each step get the lower fee. Founder pricing runs for 6 months from your first label.
