Print all labels for a batch

Print or reprint every label in a batch with Print all labels. Hold labels print in the same run. Choose whether the labels print as shipped, by carrier or by service.

How it works

Select Print all labels and every label in the batch prints in one run. Orders that went on hold print their hold labels in the same run, and the file ends with a page naming the batch and counting its labels.

Labels for an order from the batch that was shipped on its own are included too.

Choose the order

Pick how the labels are sorted before you print.

  • As shipped: oldest label first.
  • By carrier: grouped by carrier.
  • By service: grouped by carrier, then by service.

Hold labels have no carrier, so in a carrier or service sort they print after the labels that were bought.

Where you'll find it

  • Mass batches: on the Ship step. Nothing prints on its own in a mass batch, so this is where its labels print. After the first print, the button reads Reprint all.
  • Batch completion screen: at the top, once orders in the batch have shipped.

Printer format

A ZPL label printer gets one ZPL file. Any other printer gets one PDF.
