Attachments
Attach documents, product images and profile photos to records and view them inline. Each file stays with the record it belongs to.
How it works
Every record has Attach File and View Files in its actions. Attach one or more files at a time, and each one is saved to the record.
Files you can attach
- PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP files, up to 10 MB each
- Product images and profile photos have to be JPEG, PNG or WebP
Files that are too large or the wrong type are refused before the upload starts.
View files
View Files lists every file on the record. Each one has a preview, a download button and a link to open it in the browser. Each file stays with the record it's attached to.
Items
Item pages have their own sections for product images and files. Anyone who can edit items can add and delete them there.
Profile photos
Add a profile photo from your profile, and change or remove it later. It shows in the toolbar and the nav menu. Without one, your initials show instead.
