Saved packages

Pick a saved package with one tap, or enter the dimensions and weight yourself. Soft packs and bags work too, with girth worked out for you. A saved package can also carry customs items and hazmat details.

How it works

Your saved packages show as chips in the What are you sending? section of the ship page. Tap one and its dimensions and weight fill in. Select Enter dimensions to type the length, width, height and weight yourself, in inches and pounds or centimeters and kilograms.

Weight stays on screen even when the dimensions are folded away, since it changes with every label. Edit any field after picking a chip and the label uses a one-time copy. The saved package doesn't change.

Soft packs

Check Soft pack for mailers and bags. The girth is worked out from the dimensions for you.

Save as you go

When you've entered a one-time package, open Save as a package, give it a name, and it joins your chips. You can also add packages from your Profile under Packages.

A button under the package fills the same package into every other shipment in the batch that doesn't have one yet.

What a saved package can carry

  • Customs items: For international shipments, the package's customs items fill in with one tap.
  • Hazmat details: The hazmat type and settings for what usually goes in it.
  • Default: Mark one package as your default and new shipments start with it.

See Creating a Shipment in the knowledge base for a tour of the ship page.
