DHL eCommerce
Connect your own DHL eCommerce account to rate and buy DHL eCommerce labels in ShipGenius. You'll need your account number, API credentials and distribution center.
How it works
Connect your own DHL eCommerce account to rate and buy DHL eCommerce labels in ShipGenius. Go to Settings, Carrier accounts and choose DHL eCommerce under Connect Additional Carriers. Enter your account number, client ID, client secret and distribution center, then choose Connect Account.
DHL eCommerce and DHL Express are separate carriers in ShipGenius. Each has its own connection and its own credentials, so connecting one doesn't connect the other.
After you connect
Your account shows under Connected Carrier Accounts. Open it and choose Test Connection to check that DHL accepts the credentials. From the same screen you can turn the account on or off, update its credentials or delete it.
Once it's active, DHL eCommerce services show up alongside your other carriers when you rate a shipment.
