DHL Express
Connect your own DHL Express account in Settings, Carrier accounts. Then rate and buy DHL Express labels in ShipGenius, including international shipments.
How it works
Connect your own DHL Express account to rate and buy DHL Express labels in ShipGenius. Go to Settings, Carrier accounts and choose DHL Express under Connect Additional Carriers. Enter your account number, client ID and client secret, then choose Connect Account.
DHL Express and DHL eCommerce are separate carriers in ShipGenius, each with its own connection.
Customs details
DHL Express needs customs information on the shipment, including its items, before it returns a rate. Fill in the customs details when you create the shipment and DHL Express rates show up with your other carriers.
After you connect
Open the account under Connected Carrier Accounts and choose Test Connection to check that DHL accepts the credentials. From the same screen you can turn the account on or off, update its credentials or delete it.
