How it works

Connect your own FedEx account to rate and buy FedEx labels in ShipGenius. Go to Settings, Carrier accounts and choose FedEx under Connect Additional Carriers. Enter your FedEx account number, client ID and client secret, then choose Connect Account. The client ID and secret are your FedEx API credentials for that account number.

After you connect

Your FedEx account shows under Connected Carrier Accounts. Open it and choose Test Connection to check that FedEx accepts the credentials. From the same screen you can turn the account on or off, update its credentials or delete it.

Once it's active, FedEx services show up alongside your other carriers when you rate a shipment on the Ship page. If you delete the account, it can no longer be used to rate, ship or track.
