Label purchase, payment and printing

Pay for your batch and print every label from the batch page. Print all the labels as one PDF or send them as ZPL to a thermal printer, or download the PDF. Store-order confirmations show on the same page.

How it works

When the shipments in your batch have rates, select Buy in the batch panel. The button counts the labels it will buy, such as Buy 2 of 3 labels when one shipment isn't rated yet. Shipments that fail stay on the ship page with the error, and you go to the batch page for the rest.

Paying for the batch

If the batch needs payment, the batch page shows the payment form and a countdown. Pay before the time runs out. Labels that aren't paid for in time are voided.

Printing your labels

Once the batch is paid, the labels are ready on the same page.

  • Print Labels: Prints every label in the batch at once. A ZPL thermal printer gets each label as ZPL. Any other printer gets one PDF.
  • Download PDF: Saves all the labels as one PDF.
  • Scan at counter: Shows the counter code for any label you bought that way.

The labels show on the page too, so you can check them before you print.

  • Store Order Confirmations: Whether each store order was marked shipped and got its tracking number.
  • Drop-off locations: Nearby carrier drop-off points, each opening in Maps.
  • Shipments: Every label in the batch, linking to its shipment.
