Home opens with a greeting, what needs your attention, and analytics cards for the range you pick. The Needs you strip counts failed labels and held orders and links to each list already filtered. Cards cover label spend, volume, carrier mix, destinations and services, plus orders when you manage orders in ShipGenius, and each card links to the records behind it.
How it works
Home opens with a greeting, today's date, and analytics cards for the range you pick. Choose Today, 7 days, 30 days, QTD, or a custom date range from the range bar. Home remembers your range in this browser.
Needs you
The Needs you strip lists what's waiting on you. It counts labels that failed today and orders on hold, and each has a Review link that opens the list already filtered. If your account has no carrier connected yet, the strip asks you to connect one. When orders are waiting to ship, the count shows next to the date with a link to them.
The default cards
- Labels created, postage spend, average per label and average billing weight, each compared with the previous period
- Spend by carrier over time, and carrier mix
- Spend compared with the same period last year
- Top destinations by state, and spend by service
- Orders received and orders by status, when you manage orders in ShipGenius
Each card links to the records behind it, filtered to the card's range.
Pinned and recent
Below the cards, Home lists the records you've pinned and the ones you visited most recently. On a tablet or larger screen, choose Edit dashboard to change the cards.
