Reports and data exports
Export any table to CSV or JSON. Choose the rows you selected or every row matching the current filter, pick the fields, and rename the headers. The export runs in the background and the file is kept as a report.
How it works
Choose Export on any table to open the export window. Pick the rows, the format and the fields, then choose Start Export. Files come out as CSV or JSON.
Choose the rows
- Selected rows exports the rows you've checked.
- All rows matching current filter exports everything the table's filter matches. With no filter applied, you'll see a note that every row will be exported and it may take several minutes.
Choose the fields
Export all available fields, or switch to a custom selection and check the ones you want. Search the field list to find a field, including fields on related records.
CSV options
- Choose how list fields such as order lines expand into rows. Repeat the parent row for each item, leave the parent fields blank, or put the list inline as JSON.
- Set the text shown when a field has no value.
- Rename any column header.
It runs in the background
Keep working while the export runs. A notice shows how many rows have been fetched so far, and the download starts when it's done. Every export is kept as a report with its download links, so you can get the file again later.
