Plan upgrade
Upgrade your plan yourself from Plan & upgrade in Settings. Going from Core to Plus asks for your business name, phone and address. Going from Plus to OMS takes one click, and the upgrade changes your account in place.
How it works
Open Plan & upgrade in Settings, or Upgrade account in the navigation. The page shows the upgrade that fits the plan you're on. Upgrades are done in the web app.
Core to Plus
Enter your company name, phone number and address. You can also give a different email address for the account. Submit the form and your account moves to Plus.
Plus to OMS
Confirm the upgrade from the same page. You can give a different email address here too.
The account stays the same
An upgrade changes your account in place. When it finishes, the app reloads your account with the new plan's features.
After you upgrade
You'll see a confirmation with a Next Steps checklist for your new plan.
Warehouse
On OMS, the upgrade page shows Warehouse as coming soon.
