Facility totals

See each item's inventory at each facility: on hand, allocated, backordered, on open purchase orders and in transit. Purchasable is the number published to your marketplaces.

How it works

A facility total is one item's inventory at one facility, added up across every location. Open one from an item's Inventory section or from an inventory record.

Quantities

  • On Hand: units physically there, in every status.
  • Allocated: units allocated to orders.
  • Purchasable: units safe to sell, which is on hand less what's allocated, damaged, on hold and frozen.
  • Backordered: ordered units no inventory could be allocated for.

Not for sale

Damaged, On Hold and Frozen units count as on hand but are never sold.

Inbound

On Open POs counts units on open purchase orders, and In Transit counts units moving between facilities. Neither counts as purchasable.

What marketplaces see

Purchasable is the only quantity published to your marketplaces. It can drop below zero when orders have been allocated more than is on hand.
