Inventory sync runs
Quantities are pushed to a connected marketplace on a schedule. Use Run inventory sync on the integration to send them now.
How it works
Each marketplace integration sends your quantities to the marketplace on its inventory sync schedule, set with the integration's other sync settings.
Run one now
To send quantities without waiting, open the integration and select Run inventory sync. Confirm, and a sync is queued to run outside the normal schedule. It needs the run inventory sync permission.
What's sent
With inventory tracking on, the quantity sent for each item is its purchasable quantity, less the integration's buffer. Bundle listings follow the integration's bundle listing quantity setting, and each facility publishes to the marketplace location it's mapped to.
Before you run it
A sync replaces the quantity the marketplace shows. Make inventory changes in ShipGenius, since a change made on the marketplace directly is overwritten on the next sync.
