Amazon FBA

Connect your Amazon FBA account and manage inbound shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers through ShipGenius.

ShipGenius connects to your Amazon Seller Central account and supports inbound FBA shipment creation and label generation for sending inventory to Amazon fulfillment centers. ShipGenius does not fulfill FBA customer orders — Amazon handles that entirely.

How the Amazon FBA connection works

Amazon FBA customer orders are fulfilled by Amazon — ShipGenius has no role in that process. The ShipGenius FBA integration focuses on inbound shipments: getting your inventory from your location to Amazon's fulfillment centers efficiently and at discounted carrier rates.

What you can do

  • Generate inbound shipment labels for sending inventory to Amazon FCs
  • Rate shop UPS and USPS for inbound freight
  • Track inbound shipments through ShipGenius
  • Manage FBA prep workflows on OMS and above

What this integration does not do

ShipGenius does not fulfill Amazon FBA customer orders, manage Amazon inventory levels, or interact with the FBA customer-facing fulfillment process. If you sell on Amazon and self-fulfill, that is the Amazon FBM integration.

Setting it up

From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Amazon FBA. You'll connect via Amazon Seller Central's SP-API and authorize ShipGenius to access your FBA shipment workflows.

Tip: If you sell on Amazon using both FBA and FBM, you can connect both integrations separately. They operate independently within ShipGenius.

Which plans include Amazon FBA

The Amazon FBA connection is available on OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL. It is not available on Core or Plus as a standalone store connection. The first integration on OMS is free — $5/month each after that.
