Amazon FBM
Connect your Amazon seller account and ship your own fulfilled orders through ShipGenius.
ShipGenius connects to your Amazon Seller Central account and imports FBM orders automatically. Rate shop UPS and USPS, purchase labels, and get tracking numbers synced back to Amazon to keep your seller metrics clean.
How the Amazon FBM connection works
Once connected, ShipGenius pulls your Fulfilled by Merchant orders from Seller Central and makes them available to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is confirmed back to Amazon automatically, marking the order as shipped.
What you can do
- Pull Amazon FBM orders directly into ShipGenius without manual entry
- Rate shop UPS and USPS on every order
- Purchase single or batch labels across multiple orders
- Tracking numbers and ship confirmation sync back to Amazon automatically
- Use Blueprint rules on OMS and above to automate carrier selection per order type
Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Amazon FBM. You'll connect via Amazon Seller Central's SP-API and authorize ShipGenius to read orders and submit tracking. Once connected, your FBM orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run.
Tip: Amazon has strict ship-by deadlines on FBM orders that directly affect your seller metrics. Make sure your integration sync frequency is high enough to catch new orders before their ship-by date.
Which plans include Amazon FBM
The Amazon FBM connection is available on Core and Plus as a basic store connection at no charge. On OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync scheduling and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
