Connect your BigCommerce store and ship every order through ShipGenius.
ShipGenius connects to your BigCommerce store and imports orders automatically. Rate shop UPS and USPS, purchase labels in bulk, and get tracking numbers synced back to your BigCommerce orders without manual entry.
How the BigCommerce connection works
Once connected, ShipGenius syncs your BigCommerce orders on a schedule and makes them available to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is written back to the BigCommerce order automatically.

Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select BigCommerce. You'll authenticate via BigCommerce OAuth and grant ShipGenius permission to read orders and write tracking. Once connected, your orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run.
Tip: BigCommerce's API is available on all paid plans. If you're on a trial account, you'll need to upgrade before the integration will connect successfully.
Which plans include BigCommerce
BigCommerce is available on OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync scheduling and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
