How the Depop connection works
Once connected, ShipGenius syncs your Depop orders and makes them available to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is written back to the Depop order automatically.

Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Depop. You'll authenticate via Depop OAuth and grant ShipGenius permission to read orders and write tracking. Once connected, your orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run.
Tip: Depop's built-in shipping is convenient but expensive. If you're selling regularly, the savings on ShipGenius labels add up fast — especially on heavier items like jackets, boots, and denim.
Which plans include Depop
The Depop connection is available on Core and Plus as a basic store connection at no charge. On OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync scheduling and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
