How DHL eCommerce works in ShipGenius
DHL eCommerce is a BYO carrier on ShipGenius. You need an existing DHL eCommerce account to use this integration — ShipGenius does not provide DHL eCommerce rates directly. Once connected, your account rates are used to generate labels and you can rate shop DHL eCommerce alongside your other connected carriers.

Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to carriers and connect your DHL eCommerce account credentials. Once connected, DHL eCommerce will appear as a carrier option when rate shopping eligible shipments.
DHL eCommerce domestic service uses USPS for final-mile delivery on many routes. Delivery times can be longer than UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Rate shop carefully for time-sensitive shipments.
Which plans include DHL eCommerce
DHL eCommerce is available on Plus, OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL. A $0.06 per label platform fee applies. DHL eCommerce is not available on Core — you must have your own DHL eCommerce account to use this integration.
