Infoplus
Connect Infoplus and use ShipGenius as your packout and label generation layer on top of your existing WMS.
Infoplus is an enterprise warehouse management system used by 3PLs and high-volume brands. The ShipGenius Infoplus integration connects your Infoplus operation to ShipGenius order management and label generation — giving you scan-verify packout, direct ZPL printing, and discounted carrier rates without replacing your existing WMS workflows.
How the Infoplus integration works
ShipGenius connects to Infoplus as a fulfillment layer. Orders and inventory are managed in Infoplus as normal. When an order hits a pack station, ShipGenius takes over — verifying items, generating the label, and printing directly to your ZPL printer. Tracking information is written back to Infoplus automatically.
Infoplus handles picking, batching, and inventory management. ShipGenius handles packout verification and label generation. The combination eliminates hundreds of packout errors per month.

What this integration does not replace
ShipGenius does not replace Infoplus for receiving, inventory management, cycle counting, wave picking, or any other WMS function. It sits alongside Infoplus as a packout and label generation layer only. If you need a full WMS replacement, look at the ShipGenius Warehouse or 3PL tiers.
If you are currently running Infoplus and generating labels through a separate system or manually, this integration is a direct upgrade. Setup is straightforward and the packout error reduction alone typically justifies it within the first week.
Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Infoplus. You will need your Infoplus API key and the relevant warehouse and client configuration. Once connected, configure your pack station workflow in ShipGenius OMS settings.
Which plans include Infoplus
The Infoplus integration is available on OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL only. It is not available on Core or Plus. On OMS the first integration is free — $5/month after that. Contact us if you need help scoping the integration for your specific Infoplus setup.
