Connect your Reverb shop and ship every order through ShipGenius.

ShipGenius connects to your Reverb shop and imports orders automatically. Rate shop UPS and USPS, purchase labels, and get tracking numbers synced back to your Reverb orders — purpose built for sellers moving instruments, gear, and equipment that often ship heavy.

How the Reverb connection works

Once connected, ShipGenius syncs your Reverb orders and makes them available to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is written back to the Reverb order automatically.

Setting it up

From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Reverb. You'll authenticate via Reverb OAuth and grant ShipGenius permission to read orders and write tracking. Once connected, your orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run.

Tip: Reverb sellers shipping heavy instruments and equipment tend to see strong savings on UPS rates compared to Reverb's built-in shipping labels. Run a rate comparison on your most common package sizes before your next sale.

Which plans include Reverb

The Reverb connection is available on Core and Plus as a basic store connection at no charge. On OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync scheduling and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
