Connect your Shopify store and ship every order through ShipGenius in one click.
ShipGenius connects directly to your Shopify store and pulls orders in automatically. Rate shop across UPS and USPS, print labels in bulk, and fulfill from the same platform you use for everything else — no copy-pasting, no switching tabs.
How the Shopify connection works
Once connected, ShipGenius syncs your Shopify orders automatically on a schedule you control. New orders appear in your ShipGenius dashboard ready to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is written back to the Shopify order automatically.

Which plans include Shopify
The Shopify connection is available on Core and Plus as a basic store connection at no charge. On OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync, integration scheduling, and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Shopify. You'll be prompted to authenticate with your Shopify store via OAuth. Once connected, your orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run. You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the integration settings.
If you're on OMS or above, configure your integration schedule in the integration settings to control how frequently orders are pulled. For high-volume stores, more frequent syncs reduce fulfillment lag.
H2: Supported order types
ShipGenius currently supports standard Shopify product orders. Draft orders, exchanges, and subscription orders are not yet supported.
