Connect your Squarespace store and ship every order through ShipGenius.
ShipGenius connects to your Squarespace store and imports orders automatically. Rate shop UPS and USPS, purchase labels in bulk, and get tracking numbers synced back to your Squarespace orders without manual entry.
How the Squarespace connection works
Once connected, ShipGenius syncs your Squarespace orders on a schedule and makes them available to rate shop and ship. When a label is purchased, the tracking number is written back to the Squarespace order automatically.

Setting it up
From your ShipGenius account, go to Integrations and select Squarespace. You'll authenticate via Squarespace OAuth and grant ShipGenius permission to read orders and write tracking. Once connected, your orders will begin syncing on the next scheduled run.
Tip: Squarespace requires that you have a Business plan or higher to access the API integration. Make sure your Squarespace plan supports third-party shipping integrations before connecting.
Which plans include Squarespace
The Squarespace connection is available on Core and Plus as a basic store connection at no charge. On OMS, Warehouse, and 3PL it becomes a full Marketplace Integration with order sync scheduling and Blueprint automation support. The first integration on OMS and above is free — $5/month each after that.
