No credit card required. No monthly fee. Getting started takes less than five minutes.

Before you begin

You will need a valid email address and a United States mailing address. ShipGenius accounts are available to US-based shippers only. You can ship to anywhere in the world, but your origin address must be within the US or a US territory.

Creating your account

  1. Go to shipgeni.us and click Get Started Free in the top navigation.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password. You can also sign in with Google.
  3. Verify your email address using the link we send you. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a minute or two.
  4. Enter your name and your default ship-from address. This is the address that appears as the return address on your labels.
  5. That's it. You're in.

What plan am I on?

When you create your account, you choose your starting plan. Core is free and requires no payment method to get started. Higher tiers are available immediately if you already know what you need. There are no contracts and no migration headaches. Your data, history, and settings carry forward at every tier.

Setting a default ship-from address

Your default ship-from address pre-fills the shipping form so that most of the time, the only thing you need to enter is the delivery address. You can manage your addresses under Account > Addresses. If you ship from multiple locations, save all of them and select the one you need when creating each label.
